Shipping and Packaging Information

Robert’s Seafood Market has always taken pride in providing our customers with the highest quality seafood and service. When your order leaves our doorstep you can be assured we are shipping you the highest quality product with highest quality packaging and care.

First, we carefully seal each refrigerated or frozen item in a high quality vacuum sealed bag. Your order is then carefully placed in a foam insulated container with temperature regulated gel packs and additional insulated packing. Robert’s only ships in the highest quality, DOT approved containers that will maintain their temperature for at least 4 days. This allows for your seafood to remain at peak quality, fresh or frozen, even due to an unforeseen delay in your package being delivered.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Since we ship all our product in the highest quality temperature controlled containers, we can deliver your package 2nd Day, and still guarantee it! If you need your package sooner we also offer overnight delivery for an added fee.

Orders received by 3:00 PM, CST will be shipped out the next business day. To reduce your shipping expense and to ensure your purchase arrives at the highest quality we do not ship over the weekends or holidays.
