Specialty Meats
In addition to our line of fresh beef, Robert’s offers
a large variety of specialty meats & wild game.  
We carry in stock buffalo/bison, duck, wild boar
and andouille sausage.  Buffalo is known for it's
leaness as a meat.  It is available in striploin
steaks, as well as, patties for burgers.  Boneless
duck breasts make a delicious meal and can be
purchased four in a package or by the case.  Other
specialty meats and game can be custom ordered
and include lamb, venison, rabbit, ostrich, quail,
pheasant, elk, and turtle.  A variety of premium
wild game sausages (buffalo, pheasant, duck, wild
boar, chicken) is also available in stock.
