Smoked seafood is gaining popularity as a great
hoers doeuvre and choice for brunch.  They are not
just for the holidays anymore.  Our fresh smoked
fish includes a variety of cold or heat smoked
salmon, trout, whitefish, chubs, herring, and more.  
We can custom smoke whole fish for large
gatherings or we have the fresh sliced four ounce
packages.  Custom smoked seafood requires a five
day advance notice to prepare.
In addition to smoked fish, Robert’s carries other
smoked seafood products, such as, shrimp, scallops,
and mussels.  These are very popular served as
appetizers and can be ordered on party platters for
your gathering or event.
